At T1A Auto, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we offer a 90-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 90 days of delivery
- Unused and uninstalled, in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all included components, hardware, and tags
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Installed parts are not eligible for refund. If an installed part appears defective, it may qualify for a warranty replacement — see our Warranty Policy for details.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@t1aauto.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions on where and how to ship your package.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Items shipped back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will only cover return shipping when:
- We shipped the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- There was an error on our part
In all other cases — including changed-mind returns, ordered-by-mistake, or fitment issues you could have verified at checkout — return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@t1aauto.com immediately — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — so we can make it right. We may request photos or video to help evaluate the issue and determine the best resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you need is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the correct part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Installed or used parts
- Special-order or custom products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items missing original packaging, components, or hardware
Limitation of Liability
T1A Auto is not responsible for labor costs, mechanic fees, towing, rental vehicles, or any other incidental expenses resulting from the use or installation of our parts — regardless of whether the part was defective or shipped in error.
Marketplace Orders
If you purchased your item through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or another marketplace, your return must be processed through that marketplace, not directly with T1A Auto.
