Shipping Policy

At T1A, we offer Free Shipping!

Business Days
"Business days" for processing and delivery timeframes refer to Mondays through Fridays only. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (falling on a weekday) are not included in the count of business days.
Order Processing
After your order has been placed and payment has been processed, our warehouse requires 1-3 business days to prepare your items for shipment. You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
Delivery Restrictions
- T1A does not ship to U.S. Protectorates, PO Boxes, mailboxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with these address types may face delays.
- We deliver to the United States, excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Estimated Arrival Date
The Estimated Arrival Date reflects the expected delivery time based on data from our fulfillment center to your provided shipping zip code. These estimates are calculated using the package's location, size, and carrier transit times. While most packages arrive within the estimated time, external factors such as weather or carrier delays may impact the actual delivery date. Please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate delivery updates.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is typically available within 24 to 48 hours after shipment. If you are unable to access tracking details immediately, please check back after 48 hours.
International Shipping
Currently, T1A does not offer delivery outside of the United States.
Damaged Shipments
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all shipping packages and items for any signs of damage, loss, or incorrect parts. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, unexpected issues can occur. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately to prevent being charged for return freight. Claims for damaged, lost, or incorrect items must be reported within 90 business days of delivery. T1A is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; such incidents must be addressed with the shipping carrier.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from T1A are shipped under FOB shipping terms, meaning the risk of loss and ownership transfers to you once the carrier accepts the goods. If your shipment does not arrive within two (2) business days of the carrier's estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. Claims for lost or stolen shipments must be filed within 30 days of the shipment date. While T1A cannot be held responsible for such issues, we are happy to assist in filing claims with the shipping carrier.
